Why are we doing this? Every year there can be a lull in our business between summer and fall. Our summer has been busy fixing air conditioners, but when the end of the season nears, people turn off their units and wait for cooler weather. Now is the best time for us to introduce ourselves to you and show you our exceptional service all at no cost for you!

It is a great way to introduce ourselves and also not have to send our exceptional technicians home early. 

We also may have opportunities for free furnace tune ups when we are training new technicians.  If you would like to volunteer your home for our training opportunities, please fill out the contact form below.  We will contact you when an opportunity becomes available. 

We only have three requirements:
1. Your furnace must be at least seven years old
2. Your furnace must not be previously serviced by One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning.
3. You must live within the Johnson County, Kansas area.
